"Perfect"

"I can't say enough about the staff. We had a personal concierge, Manny. He took amazing care of us, any questions we had were answered quickly, he helped with reservations, activity lists, anything we needed, he was right there for us. Santos, Lolo, Jose and so many others on the waitstaff were exceptional! The entertainment staff kept the momentum and excitement high. Our room was so clean, and the cleaning team did a great job throughout the entire resort."

"We booked a total of 4 suites to celebrate my bday but our request for suites closer to the beach were not considered. When checking in the check in clerk didn’t bother to even pretend that he was looking for options to our requests and told us right away that there was no availability, During our stay, we found out that the vacancy rate was over 20% and there was plenty of availability. The suites we got on the top level of the hotel had issues with lack of hot water and the hallways look...
