"no light in the corridor on the 3rd floor, broken low-quality blinds in the windows, no kettle in the rooms, no access to hot drinking water, restaurant closed, not enough sockets, only one broken bin for the whole room (bathroom)... managers must take a close look at this 4 star hotel"

"The hotel is in a good location and was well connected to the city centre and is close to a supermarket. Unfortunately, what let this hotel down was the facilities and poor customer service. Upon arriving, the room assigned to us had a broken bathroom door and the light was not working. They changed the room but there was hairs left from the previous guest on the pillow. There was also no WiFi working at this hotel and staff weren't really helpful to resolve this "

"The room had no ac, or proper ventilation, so the air quality was really bad, and the temperature in the room way too hot. The warm water in the bathroom was unfortunately lukewarm/cold. So all in all not the best stays I have had. "
