"We had a lovely stay in our penthouse. James was so friendly, helpful and answered all our enquiries with patience and helpful suggestions. Rooms were clean, living room was cosy with a beautiful view of the lake…a nice stay for a family. Would recommend. "

"Very quiet considering the number of rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Small, but enough space. Comfy bed. Heated tiles in bathroom were so lovely after a long day hiking in the snow. The laundry was a reasonable walk and a little hard to find, even with directions. Limited food options especially Monday and Tuesday nights, so be organised or prepared to pay $$$ for dinner at the Hermitage. It was good food but expensive. Dinner at the Chamois onsite was good food and reasonable priced, but...

"What an absolutely fabulous, beautiful place!!! We stayed in a 3 bedroom family lodge, it was just unbelievable. Felt so luxurious and absolutely all details were perfect, for example lovely quality toiletries. So spacious, we were 3 adults and 2 children. Immaculate stay! Washing machine and dryer in the garage were super convenient. Fully kitted kitchen. Would highly recommend. "
