It was our frst time visiting the Maldives and Baros lived up to everything we wished for. Being only 25 minutes by speed boat from the airport we wondered about aircraft noise but only seen 2 planes in 5 days and heard no noise. The staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough for you. We will definately go back again to Baros Island.

Fully lives up to other reviews. Not cheap but delivers on almost every level from location, to staff, food/wine to facilities. I all starts and finishes at the Constance lounge at Male airport and is very well organised. You'll love it

This is a stunning resort - absolutely beautiful. Only suitable for those who want a quiet and relaxing holiday. It's very peaceful and luxurious. Four restaurants all with delicious food. A lovely bar that plays nice background music and that's the only music you will hear on the island. The staff are all extremely helpful and lovely people and will go out of their way to accommodate any request you may have. You rarely see anybody on the beach. Tried a few resorts in Maldives , if your looking for privacy, amazing food and quality and superb service this is the place and it has access to 2 other island but everything you need is on this private island

The review that persuaded me to book this hotel was the one which said something like 'I'm not a beach person but I loved this hotel'. Beautiful, peaceful, discreet, the attention to detail. L'occitane bathroom products, very comfortable bed, a shower and bathroom open to the warm air, delicious food in the restaurant (evening buffet concentrated on quality rather than quantity but there were still many choices). A most restful 3 days, one of the best hotels in 35 years of travelling.

For couples, especially couples on a honeymoon or a special anniversary (we were on our 25th wedding anniversary) this place is perfect. The setting of white, soft sands in a clear blue sea with tropical greenery is impossibly beautiful. The villa is immaculate, clean and tastefully decorated. Blue Sky and Ocean, White beach. Its scenery is like a picture. With 30mins boat riding, you can reach manta rays living zone and enjoy swimming with them surprisingly with snorkeling!

Everything is superb from the speedboat at the airport, the hotel, the service and even the checkout.

Great location in-between islands, about 25 minuets speedboat trip from airport. Welcome tea with iced towel was refreshing and helps sickness from the waves. Private beachfront villa is the best choice with its personal pool and a warm massage pool. The in-villa dining was not expensive with all kinds of options, kids and vegetarian friendly. Excellent holiday, great staff, very romantic and relaxing

My wife and I have been to the Maldives on three previous occasions (including our honeymoon) but this was our first trip with our three children (aged 9, 11 and 13). We really enjoyed our stay at CoCo Palm. This is a well run resort very sympathetic to its environment. A genuine paradise island, not trying to be a flashy hotel, just being good at what it is. Food is of exceptional quality. The buffet doesn’t tire on you and their policy to allow a USD45 pp credit if you want to dine in the Thai restaurant is really good. Rooms are nice and big. Everything is good here stuff was nice and cooperative. Dining facilities are great. Rooms are nice sea views, water bungalows are awesome. Overall I recommend all to stay Sheraton full moon resort for at least once.

We chose Coco Bodu Hithi for the second part of our honeymoon. The place is amazing and has all you would expect from a luxury resort in the Maldives. Some of the staff was excellent, others were a bit slow. A few flaws, like e.g. payment upon arrival, the same playlist in the restaurant every day, a very poor guitarist... couldn't ruin the overall great experience we had. But be prepared to pay a lot for everything you do. And you have no alternative.
