"A lot of black mold in the main hotel. There was water coming in through all the ceilings. We stayed in the bungalow & lucky the smell of mold wasn’t as bad but you could see the mold on the ceilings. The pool is great, beautiful & good was also good. Just the smell of mold had us wanting to leave "

So uma observação para o chuveiro, mto ruim para saida de agua (disperso) e o Ar condicionado fica ligado o tempo todo, apesar da temperatura ser boa... acho melhor deixar o hospede fazer esse controle de temperatura. "This hotel caters to families, has a pool and playground equipment. We stayed in the Capybara section of rooms which were on the opposite side from the pool as we were there bird watching and could see blooming trees and fields from there. They are on the river, we took a boat ride to look for birds. The guide was excellent and we saw many new species of birds. The meals are served buffet style and very good. We had a bird guide with us and they comped his room and meals."

"Not sure why this property is so highly rated. It was (mostly) clean and minimally comfortable. Shower had grout blackened by mildew. Two towels but no hand towels. Had to ask maintenance to come up and show is how to get the AC working. (We correctly deciphered the handheld control, but there was a separate unmarked wall switch almost hidden by the bed.) Restaurant closes relatively early after dinner. Price was high for this quality of accommodation. It was clean and comfortable enough, but...
