"There was a large group of people travelling together. We all selected the same room options when booking and paid the same price, but some people were in a new and modern building while we were in a dark, much older building with faded carpets, beds that were very hard and we were only given 1 thin pillow. "A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "
