"Staffs are kind and friendly. This hotel locates at the nearest area in Altstadts from railway station. If you have large suitcase from railway station, I recommend you to stay here because you don't have to pass roads of cobblestone with suitcase."

"We had a lovely stay at Five Reasons. Our 2 bedroom apartment style with separate kitchen and dining area was more than we expected. Rooms were spacious, all twin beds were comfortable with good warm duvets. Everything was clean, and daily cleaning service was also performed. Shout out to Anastasia whom checked us in, and was very amicable and provided worthy information of the city. The Hotel is well located within walking distance of major attractions. Recommended for family or groups of 5-6...

The room was spacious, immaculate clean and had the basic amenities. Check in and check out were easy, fast, and the staff was very friendly. Another highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet. Great variety and everything was delicious. Valet service is not included but available at a reasonable price or you can use the nearby parking. Valet was efficient...
