"Fiquei hospedado cinco dias. As instalações, limpeza e atendimento do hotel são excelentes, porém o atendimento do restaurante é péssimo. Leva em média uma hora para servir o prato, tem que caçar os garçons, despreparados, as vezes você é atendido por três garçons diferentes pois aquele que tirou o pedido sumiu. A última vez levou uma hora e meia para vir o prato e quando chegou estava errado."

"We had a pleasant stay at Life Residence, had some issues but they were promptly resolved. The AC in our room wasn’t working properly and we were promptly moved to a different room. Tried to wash clothes in the laundry room but machines didn’t work properly we wasted a lot of time but again they promptly helped and paid for us to use a laudromat nearby. Bed was smaller than expected but confortable. Pool area was nice with a great view of the city. Location was the best , close to attractions...

"O Hotel, a estrutura e atendiemnto excelentes.Apenas uma colocoacao referente ao uso de cigarro.Ficamos no quarto 1421 14⁰ andar e estava descrito com area de nao funantes.Sentimoa um forte de cherio de cigsrrro em vsrios momentos, como se estivesse dentro do quarto.Por volta das 21 hs ligamos para recepcao e acisamos, porem o cheiro retornou as 23:40 e pela manha.Estavamos com nossa filha que é asmatica e foi nem dificil passar a noite com esse cheiro.Mas entendendemoa quw nem sempre da para...
