"It was ok for the price."

"We came as a family to Mesa Verde and had the best time. We are grateful that we chose this hotel. The indoor pool, breakfast, and staff were fantastic. We’ll be sure to be back!"

"Stayed 3 nights and loved the place. Would stay here again when in the area. Was able to park right in front of room, large room, has freezer/refrigerator, good breakfast options, walking distance to several restaurants and Walmart. It was perfect for our needs."

"Right in downtown Mancos. Small room with shower. Mattress lumpy, not comfortable. The upstairs area is quite charming with a sitting area and a large full kitchen where we made our lunches. Very clean. Be careful when you pay- you are offered the opportunity to add a tip and without thinking I tapped 20% on a bill of about $400. "Every nice hotel. According to expedia there is a buffet, but there isn't, so we got in late expecting to just grab a quick bite and then swim for a bit, but instead we waited 30 minutes for a family to finish eating and leave the restaurant, so we could be sat. We were then scolded by the restaurant manager for putting tables together, but the whole reason we had to wait was to put tables together. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were nice, the dinner food was good."

"It was okay for the price could use some updating"

"The pool was closed, the milk and yogurt were expired, and most of our interactions with staff made us feel like we were being a bother. The room was clean and a good size. We probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"Great stay. Easy check in after-hours. Clean, efficient, and well-maintained"

"Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!"
