"Didn’t get the room that I reserved specifically went there for a big nice soaker tub and I got a handicap tub with stains all over it. It was disgusting. Also they tried to tell me that they didn’t have a king size room available, which is what I booked and they had a queen, but I would have to pay the same amount. It was not a good experience. there were a bunch of men in the hallways all the time gawking at me and doing cat calls and whistling,and made me feel very uncomfortable staying...

"The entire experience was terrible. The first room had a cigarette butt stuck in the perphole in the door and floor was filthy. Fridge and AC did not work and was during August heat. Moved me to another room...fridge did not work, moved me to 3rd room...AC did not work very well. Tried to cancel remaining 3 nights of reservation and they refused to refund funds. Reported to Chamber of Commerce. Do not stay there!!!"
