"The Novotel in Metz was one of the more expensive hotels we have stayed in on our European tour. It is not as classy as we had expected and the decor in the room was dated especially the textured white walls. The plugs in both the sink and shower did not drain well and smelt. The bed was comfortable and pillows fluffy. There is an outside pool but it is very busy with children and not very big. The price of the hotel was not reflected in the stay. The underground parking is shared and smells...

"Je n'ai passé qu'une seule nuit. Il s'agit d'un hôtel qui fait également du social (accueil des demandeurs d'asile). Bien que j'avais une petite appréhension, la nuit s'est passée dans le calme et la tranquillité. Les WC et les douches ne sont pas dans la chambre mais communes. Il y a un frigo à la disposition dans la chambre."

"Hotel contemporain, personnel très souriant, restauration très bine (tant pour le buffet du petit déjeuner que le restaurant). Seule ombre au tableau, une personne errant dans la rue s'est introduite dans la salle du petit-déjeuner et nous a volé un smart phone. Nous nous en sommes aperçu immédiatement. Nous avons eu le présence d'esprit d'aller autour de la gare et avons retrouvé cette personne et pu récupérer le téléphone. "
