I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"Wj verbleven hier 3 nachten met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (5 en 8). Ontvangst was heel goed. Receptioniste was vriendelijk en servicegericht. Ook tijdens ons verblijf was zij altijd bereikbaar en gericht om het verblijf van de gasten zo prettig mogelijk te laten zijn. Onze kamer, inclusief badkamer en kamervloer, was schoon en dus niet met een franse slag gedaan. Wij waren hier erg content mee gezien wij waarde hechtten aan een schone omgeving. "La struttura è all’interno del più grande centro commerciale di Utrecht, in posizione centralissima rispetto al centro storico della città, dove si concentrano negozi e ristoranti di tutti i tipi. Riguardo i servizi dell’albergo sono nello standard europeo, mi spiace farlo notare ma questa cosa che non viene effettuata la pulizia giornaliera, se non a richiesta, proprio non mi piace!!!!! Vabbè che non mi cambi lenzuola o asciugamani, ma la pulizia e il riassetto della camera ritengo sia...
