"Good place for an overnight or weekend trip to Rotterdam. Very well located on a great street (nightlife, restaurants, bars, etc) and close to museums and shopping. Comfortable bed, room can get a bit stuffy (summer), well-equipped common bathrooms. Overall, a good place to stay for the price."

"I have first used A&O in Edinburgh when they first opened the hostel few years ago. I was very impressed how nice and clean the facilities were. We just stayed me and my sister in A&O in Rotterdam. The standards are still the same. The breakfast is good standard continental breakfast. 10-15 minutes walk from the central station. Thank you staff. Very helpful and they looked after our baggage’s from 10 am until after 5 pm"

"L’hôtel est situé directement devant la Gare Centrale, donc assez pratique. Les chambres étaient prêtes à notre arrivée, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La chambre était spacieuse et bien pensée, sauf que les murs entre les chambres étaient minces donc c’était un peu bruyant (en particulier quand une porte fermait/claquait sur l’étage). Petit déjeuner très bon."

The staff were really friendly and helpful; we checked into our room early, which was lovely after such a long trip and meant we could get on with exploring the city. The hotel was very clean, with an excellent rooftop terrace and bars. Would recommend this hotel."
