"Unterkunft war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt und nicht bewohnbar. Es gab keine Handtücher keine Bettwäsche. Ich musste auf eigene Kosten ein anderes Hotel nehmen."

"Room was standard and did not expect anything more, bed and facilities were good and clean. Staff friendly and pleasant, don’t have to engage with anybody if you wished to check in and out all digitally which is a bonus if you like that. Only 1.5 hrs from Amsterdam so drove in, and only 15 minutes from Efteling which is where we spent most of our time. The only issue we had was that the child menu that we ordered for dinner had run out but we were only told close to an hour later after ordering it (which in itself is quite a wait for food). Surely at the time of order, you know what food is available. The rest of the stay was fabulous, the room was great the swimming pool and spa facilities were excellent. Would definitely stay again."
