"Very nice rooms, great food, and helpful staff!"

"Bare bones experience. No heat the first night. The electric heater in the room wasn’t strong enough to make a difference. Spiders and webs everywhere. The pillows were like rocks and we could feel the springs coming through the mattress. Bathrooms on the first floor. Bedrooms on the second floor. Understand what you’re renting before you go. This is a no frills stay. "

"The room and hotel were nice. The location has a great view but isn’t really walkable from all the sites as it is up quite a sharp hill. The staff were helpful in calling me a taxi to go downtown but it was difficult to hail down a taxi to get back to the hotel from the City center. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!"

"Midden in het levendige centrum. Vriendelijk personeel. Modern. Schoon. Super zwembad/ spa! Gratis parkeren midden in de stad. Onze kamer aan de achterkant was wel wat gehorig, maar tegen de kerkklokken en andere stadsgeluiden valt misschien ook niet te isoleren. Je ziet wel dat het hotel nog niet helemaal af is. Qua afwerking zijn er nog dingen te doen, maar daar hadden wij geen last van."

"Magnifique expérience ! L’hôtel m’a contacté le jour avant mon arrivée pour m’avertir de la neige et m’indiquer les meilleurs route pour I arrivée car pas toute les route son dégagée. Livraison du petit déjeuner directement à l’igloo! Chambre impeccable avec incroyable vue et équipement complet sale de bain propre baignoire au milieu de la chambre et jacuzzi privatif sur la balcon. Je recommande fortement cette établissement personés qui aime la découverte et bien sur au couple qui veullent...

"This hotel has no pool? or spa? not a 24-hour reception, the door into the property didn't work you had to force it open by hand, it doesnt have 3 restaurants, breakfast was supposed to be included, I had to pay for it?, Worse of all, my toilet didn't flush, which was extremely embarrassing. The hotel is in a good location, the picture shows a barista, not true, very disappointed"
