"Wat een fijn "hotel". Vooral de oude elementen van het schip zijn gebleven. Je kunt er makkelijk komen met openbaar vervoer (bus 77 stopt vlak bij) én watertaxi. Ook een ruime parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Ontbijt prima. Niet uitgebreid maar voor ieders wat wils. Kamer was schoon en netjes. Erg tevreden"

"Styling of hotel was very good and location great especially if you are taking a cruise. Room was clean but shampoo and gel were empty and they could clean the towel bar and tissue holder. Other than that the staff was friendly and they did accommodate an early check-in for us."

La recepcion era absolutamente caotica, se suponia que habia maquinas de check in, pero era imposible hacer el checkin en ellas, por lo tanto todas las personas que entraban tenian que hablar con una sola persona que estaba en la recepcion, que hacia todo lo posible por hacer que todo funcionara, demoramos casi 45 minutos en que nos dieran las llaves. "Still waiting for a receipt via email after a week! The housekeeping never came to clean despite my request on the door and in person with the front desk. Hair from ?? was found in the shower which was NOT ours! Mini fridge was dirty around the edges ."

"Room very clean and comfy bed. I did not like the courtains, the were not dark to sleep in a nice way. I understand Netherlands they don't use them but I can not sleep in a bright environment. Also, the pressure of the shower was a bit low. Breakfast was amazing with nuts and good choise."

"I booked this hotel specifically for the pool. Imagine how I felt when they told me it was out of service from the day I arrived. And of course, it went back in function two days after so the day of my checkout, at 5PM. It felt like a really bad joke, especially when the reception staff told me that "anyway it's a paying service and it's not free", really professional. I checked and I was really hard to find (seems totally free on all the front pages of booking sites, no mention that's it's not...
