"I had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. I truly enjoyed my experience. The only issue I encountered was with the taxi arranged for my airport transfer. I requested a pickup at 3:45 a.m., but the driver insisted the reservation was for 3:35 a.m. and seemed upset when I arrived at 3:45. "We had a really nice experience at Symphony Suites. It is a bit far from the cities, but calmer. It does mean you should rent a car, but they are very cheap and useful for getting around the island. The breakfast option was quite good. Georgia was very helpful in providing directions, getting us the rental car within an hour delivered to the hotel, and booking boat cruises."
