"We had a great time at the property. The staff from the reception from the cleaning staff were really nice and very hospitable. We also had the welcome cookie which was still warm and delicious. The property is very accessible to the old town area and just a few meters walk from good restaurants."

"This hotel is absolutely adorable. The man who runs it is extremely welcoming and the property is clean, cozy, and inviting. It was far nicer than I expected and a great value for the price. The location is just a bit off the town square and right by the scholars stairs, so everything is within a few minutes of walking. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again."

"Thai is a new hotel in excellent condition. There is air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Bear Lake (Medve-to). The indoor spa is tastefully decorated and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Clean, efficient and friendly. The only issue it has 2 elevators for 6 floors or 7 floors. Tip: stay at 3rd floor so you can get good views AND walk up the steps as needed. Pools might need some refreshing and maybe to be made bigger. Otherwise a good stay."

"Perfect location, right in the main plaza (Piata Cetatii). The room was huge, clean and beautiful overlooking the plaza. Old building with a ton of character. One more thing, fantastic bed! My only problem was the difference between the online info and the info I got when I arrived onsite. "One night stop for us…Wide options for the buffet breakfast and tasty food. Very comfortable bed and everything high standards. Spa facilities were “cherry on top” for the stay! Would really love to come again!"
