"Our stay was wonderful. The front desk agent, Jeremy was such a delight where he was so helpful with check in process and resort information. The unit was very clean. There is a bit of a trek from the parking lot to the unit, but completely understandable since these are condo units. The amenities at the clubhouse were so nice with the pool and hot tub."

"We rented a chalet which was very old and had a very musty smell to it, it was not clean it all. There were cobwebs in corners, dirty sinks, and the handrails and Banister rails to the stairs and Loft have never been washed down. After wiping it down three times there was still dirt on it as well as dust and cob web in between the bannister rails. "Room was clean and comfortable; bed was great. For this price point, however, I expected something better. There was no inviting common space, the hot tub was laughably small, the rooms have no view and deck is tiny and not very inviting."

"Room 105 was clean, with high ceilings. But it could be updated, and it had ticking sound in the wall. The TV was not in front of either bed or sofa; it was very awkward to watch the TV no matter where we sat. The hotel didn't provide a filtered water fountain. The breakfast was very basic."

"I recently stayed here for several nights and overall had a positive experience. Things didn't start out that way, as the first room I was assigned was really grim. There was an awful smell coming from the carpet (similar to wet dog) and permeated the entire space and bathroom. In addition, the toilet was running and didn't have a functioning flush. I was really hesitant to approach the front desk and complain, as am usually not a picky or confrontational person. However, I had nothing to lose...
