"Our room was a good room in fair condition. Generally the whole property was lacking the sparkle of a 4/5 star hotel , Although it was priced as a 5 star !!. Differently not up to Marriott standards although marketed as a Marriott Hotel. On line Marriott say the hotel is "Closed" and there is no name at the entrance or any directions to the property. Any member of the general public can and do use the pool and other areas of the property for a small daily fee. Overall we were very disappointed...

"The room was excellent, but then again we paid a fortune for it.
The issue I have is that we arrived on Jan 1st, and left on Jan 6th. On Jan 6th is when the Hotel was fully opened again, besides the swimming pool bar which was still closed. The inside pool doesn't allow children, and I have 2 kids who wanted to be there.
There was no options for Room Service as everything was closed due to the time of year, which I would have thought would be peak period and being a Hotel, everything should...

"No air conditioning throughout lobby area into bar area ridiculously hot!!!!!! Very slow checking in and won’t let you check in one minute before 3. "
