However, some of the staff were rude, inconsiderate, and frankly didn’t seem to want to “deal with us.” On a positive note, one of the bartenders and receptionist were delightful to talk with and were patient, and respectful. Along with this, the cleanliness of the room was simply okay. There were stains on the bedding, no liners in the trash cans, and the floor had salt and stains marks on it as well. "My only real complaint or concern about the room is the free stand AC/heat unit which is very loud and you could hear a clanking noise which upsets my sleep. I had to shut the unit off and use extra blankets. Other than that, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and it was very convenient to the airport. "

"We had a very nice stay as a family of 4. Appreciated the larger-than-average size room with pull-out couch and kitchenette. It was very clean and well-maintained and staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was convenient to restaurants and other areas. Breakfast was fine for a hotel breakfast buffet- nothing spectacular, but we were appreciative of it being there. Found it to be quiet despite being right near highway. Would stay there again!"
