"The room was perfectly adequate, but also dated, sub par. Quiet, fine if you only are there to sleep, but not a pleasant room to relax in. Decor from 80s in the rooms, downstairs more modern."

"The rooms were nice and big. Kind of weird layout. But my family and I did sleep well in the beds and comfortable pillows. My room had a mini fridge and a small kitchen sink. No microwave. Shower had nice hot water and great water pressure. No carpets in the rooms so it got noisy with people walking around above you. We ate breakfast next door at POPS! And that was DELICIOUS!!!!"

"Rooms were not cleaned at all. Floors were filthy and sticky. The pull out couch mattress had very questionable stains all over it. The bed had hair and stains under the covers. The restroom floor was dirty and had hair. The only good thing was they changed out our towels daily. Breakfast was decent. Motorcycles were extremely loud at nights"

"Our stay was for 3 nights . The room was clean and comfortable and quiet . It is pet friendly which alot of pets where staying there I never heard any barking. Staff everyday came in and tidy up bed and added towels. Breakfast was very good. We stopped in at the bar/restaurant and had a few beverages and staff was very friendly and attentive. We will be coming back again."

"Right off the interstate, lots of well lit and safe parking. plenty of door dash options if you arrive late and don't want to go anywhere. and.... it's $100! that's great if your just resting your eyes on a trip passing through like we were."

"Nice facility. Well situated for Yale Medical facilities, but also walkable to food options closer to Yale’s main campus. It was a hike on foot to Union Station, but easy by car. The room was clean and well designed. The stand-out for me was the fitness facility. Not only was the space large, but the range of equipment was considerably better than average. Extra credit to whoever is responsible for that! If there’s a “but”, although you can make coffee in your room, you will pay for it in...

"The girl at counter initially helpful- one employee down- so she had too Much to do- graduation weekend- chaos- our room was not acceptable- ac malfunctioning, no other room available - banking like crazy - girl couldn’t help - overwhelmed With customers. Booked thru Expedia- so they intervened and we got our money back- the hotel initially didn’t want to do that. Maybe other times the hotel is ok- might be just one off"

"They charged me security deposit and it somehow disappeared from my transaction history and never showed up back. My bank cannot find the transaction. On my second stay they charged my card twice for security deposit. Based on reviews this has been an ongoing issue with this location. I’ve been to several locations and a hour after checkout I always get my deposit back, but for some reason this location holds onto your money."
