"Tried ringing hotel got no answer had to leave family early to check everything was ok at the hotel. Lady on reception was very nice. Explained there had been some technical problems. All was ok asked for more pillows sorted very quick. Had dripping taps but did not spoil the stay. Lady on reception put some balloons and a sign on the door for my birthday that was lovely. Would go back "

"Cant fault anything. The man on reception was very customer focused and helpful. He went out of his way to help.The photos do not do the room justice. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend "

"The staff gave a wonderful welcome, and looked after us for our 2 night stay. Lovely spacious room. Comfy bed. Food was excellent, well stocked bar, not far to walk into the centre. The only slight drawback is tight parking, and fairly narrow spaces for modern cars. We would happily stay again."

"The staff were unfailingly friendly and welcoming, going the extra mile to serve our needs. Breakfast was fine too. The room was very clean, no complaints, and very quiet at night. Our only disappointment was in the evening meal, but given the limited facilities at the hotel, it was understandable. That was the only downside of our very peasant stay. Much recommended."
