"I made a reservation at the hotel through Expedia and took a taxi to the property. Got there before 11 PM -- the hotel was dark and locked. I rang the buzzer. No staff came and opened the door so I left and had to find another hotel. I called Expedia and complained to them as well. The ad said they were open 24 hours clearly they're not plus the hotel is in a very sketchy area with questionable people on the streets not a good area thank you."
