"We we greeted on arrival by Anthony (owner). On arrival we asked for a first floor room overlooking the fields..which was no problem to accomodate. If we had any issues they were dealt with straight away. Anthony and Margaret (sister) were always around and always very cheerful. The property is spotlessly clean with bed linen and towels changed every 2 days and room always smells fresh and clean when you get back. Very close to many bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk away to beach....

"The service was very good. Folks were helpful. Though sometimes my requests weren't well understood. The facilities weren't great. I had to change my room because the toilet seat wouldnt shut properly and the shower wouldnt turn on properly. The new room was ok, but i dont think it was vented correctly because it would sometimes have a sewage smell in the room. This was especially bad on my last night there. Food was ok. "Only breakfast was not on enough. Everything else was as expected"

"This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe."
