"We recommend you to stay at this hotel as it was a good experience for our family. The territory is amazing and was really located in a center of an amazing zone. Don’t forget repellent and suncream.
However, there are things that could be better:
1. It would be good to renovate play zone for kids. 90% of toys are broken and need to be replaced. The labyrinth should be well maintained. Currently it’s dirty and needs to be checked on safety
2. Pool zone is good but no one controls on people. They swim with babies without special diapers and literally everyone can see all the intimate zones
3. Cleaning is not cleaning shower zones daily. I was a bit shocked to see the same sand came from us the other day in the shower again. Ought to clean the shower myself
But staff are welcoming and people are being nice. I would definitely go second time, hope all disadvantages will be solved"
