"The family room with a double bed and bunk beds for the children was a good size. The hotel even provided a Z bed free of charge for our 6`2" son in case he could not fit into the bunk bed. The food, bar and location are all perfect. The staff were so accomodating as we had a dog with us. Very dog freindly throughout. Unfortunately, the room had no A/C and limited window opening. "Check-in nice and easy. Bed and pillows super comfy. It was like lying on a cloud and being swallowed up! Great selection for food. We had lunch and went with the fish n' chips. Light batter and non greasy and tasted delicious! Great portions! Also had breakfast and again good selection. Service was excellent! Lovely location off the green and a 2min walk to the sea front with lovely shops in between! Stayed here before and would recommended to anyone to stay here!"

"The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...
