"We came at 6:15 pm when confirmation letter said check-in is till 7 PM. NOBODY was there, reception locked with a sign OPEN. Tried to find anybody, no luck. Booked another hotel and went there. Need our money back. El Mul must let people know that they are a kibutz, not a hotel. That makes a slight difference. Other kibutzim are stating that in their title."

The hotel recently changed its name, but didn't reflect on the web accordingly, so it took quite some time to find it. The washroom layerout was terrible, there was nothing provided for room service. The room was even barely for backpacker, except it was bigger. Overall, I will not recommend it at all."

"Amazing resort! We had the best time and enjoyed every part of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner was excellent!!! Adi who is the manager treated us great, and was always around the hotel to make sure everyone was enjoying their time. Massage was also very good and professional! We will definitely come back every time we visit Israel."
