"We were disappointed, to say the least, when we arrived and were told they didn't have our reservations. We provided printouts of our Expedia reservations and it took them over an hour to get us rooms.
There was no parking available near the hotel. Our only option was to park in a (pay for use) public lot 15 minutes' walk away.
The rooms were fine and the breakfast was very good."
