"The building is relatively old (about one century) in the very center of Deventer, an old Dutch city (founded as a city about 1250 years ago). You are literally in the old center, but only a 6 minute walk from the train and bus stations. The original style of the building has been well maintained, sometimes at the expense of practicality.
