"Check-in took too long as they were confused about 2 rooms being under 1 booking, they gave our guests a room that was already occupied and then had to change it after the bellhop alerted them to the issue, thankfully it was before they walked into an occupied room. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, the balcony was left unlocked and we didn’t realize until the next morning. The pipes made terrible loud and vibrating noises, I had to leave the bathroom sink running all night in order to sleep....

"This hotel was built with the concept of modern, stark style like a ship container look. Floors in the dining area were exposed concrete, unfinished look and the ceilings showed the ducts and piping painted black. When we checked in at 2 am, the receptionist was friendly and even came up with us to show how door code entry worked. The room was small, no complimentary water, coffee/tea service. " I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the room during my recent stay. Unfortunately, the room was not up to standard. Specifically: • The room was filthy, with visible hair and handprints on surfaces. • There was no carpet in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable. • No hand or face towels were provided. • The refrigerator (geladeira) was dirty and seemed not to have been cleaned properly.
