The remote Reception Team was very responsive and helpful. The front door had a login code, the apartment key was in a locked key box in the lobby. Passport verification with cell phone photo copies, checkin instructions and codes were all communicated via WhatsApp. Housekeepers are the only staff on site. Appliances, utensils for dining and cooking were all available in the kitchen. The queen size bed was firm and the linen was nice. The AC was a little noisy! Extra towels were requested via WhatsApp and received promptly! This property is located at Palermo, Buenos Aires. Food markets and a pharmacy are all within a block. The neighborhood is leafy, pedestrian safe (including at night) and filled with plenty of dining choices. Bus lines are nearby and Uber was quick to appear. A little bit of living local which we enjoyed! "
