"This hotel is amazing!!!! Front desk staff super friendly, in fact, every employee I encountered was friendly. The room was clean, smelled good, and decorated so great! Bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing. So many options, and fully stocked. I highly recommend staying here. My expectations were greatly exceeded, and I will be a repeat customer."

"Staff was helpful. The room itself was not clean, hairs found in the bed and stains on the towels. The shower also took around 10 minutes just to heat up. Parking can be annoying but I was told street parking is free on the weekends if you are comfortable parking on the street. It is an older hotel that needs some updates in general."

"This room defied my expectations. At first I thought it was in a more run down part of town, but pulling up it was right next to a shopping center. The room was nicer than expected and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The hallways were not that clean and one of the outside doors was covered in these disgusting mayflies. The Continental Breakfast was lacking, with only some cereal and breakfast bars. I couldn't figure out how to change the channel on the TV and it only pars Cars 1, but I...

"The room was a mess. Bugs all over the floor, wrappers on the floor, tub was rusty, bath mat was wet. Furniture in lobby was worn badly. We asked for a different room and the second room had chip crumbs on the floor so it wasn’t vacuumed either. I asked for a vacuum and vacuumed it myself. I was not offended a refund even after complaining to two different staff members. This place is absolutely disgusting. "
