"The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, she allowed us to stay in the room until 3pm, we had to catch a 7pm flight. I missed the buffet breakfast... lol.. but they brought breakfast to our room, nice selection of bread, fruit and drinks. The hotel is located near to the Kennedy Park, restaurants and grocery stores. I will definitely stay here again."

Some staff were also particularly warm, friendly and informative - I was very impressed with Jhon, who led a fun and interactive "pisco experience" for a diverse group, and provided excellent and courteous service to all who came through the lobby cafe/bar.
