"The 12 Apartment Hotel offers a mixed experience with several highlights and a few functional drawbacks. On the positive side, the AC units were excellent and did a great job of keeping the rooms cool. There is also an impressive amount of cabinet space for storage, which is very convenient. The absolute standout, however, was the living area; it featured the most comfortable sofa I have ever used in Thailand, making it a perfect spot to relax. There were some practical issues during the stay, though. While I was pleasantly surprised to find a dishwasher in the unit, it was unfortunately unusable as there were no dishes, cutlery, or kitchen items provided at all. Regarding the sleeping arrangements, the bed was very firm, which may be a bit much for those who prefer a softer mattress. Additionally, the shower setup is quite awkward; without a door or curtain, it ends up getting almost the entire bathroom wet during use. It is a stylish space with great potential, but it needs a few functional additions to be truly practical for guests."

"Plain Jane hotel located on close proximity to the DMK airport in Bangkok. Good enough for a night before an early flight, but nothing more. Unfortunately they don’t offer airport shuttles either so we just booked a Grab and left. Not much around the hotel either. A couple street food type stalls and a very small market. Not sit down type places, mostly residential barber shops, etc. "

"The refurbishment of the hotel and closure of the skywalk to the airport had been planned and executed extremely poorly causing chaos. "

" We were really disappointed with our stay. The hotel is very dated and in need of a serious refresh. Our room had a musty smell with a slight urine odor that never really went away. The tops of surfaces, including the safe, were coated in dust, which made it feel like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. We also encountered pests during our short stay. We killed two cockroaches and several smaller bugs in the room, which was extremely unsettling. We didn’t try the Italian or Chinese restaurants, so I can’t comment on those. The “coffee shop” was also confusing and not at all what we expected. There was no actual counter to order coffee. It appeared to simply be the large room where the breakfast buffet is served. We were originally booked for two nights but decided to leave after the first night. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again."
