"Starting at the greeting...it was really, really bad. The gentleman working wasn't at the desk & I had to wait a few minutes, which wasn't that bad. But oh my, when he came out front, there was no greeting what so ever. He seemed like he had remembered a script & was in a hurry to get through it. Had a hard time understanding what he was saying & he even spoke English.
I have to say though, after that experience, it was great. The other staff was exceptionally nice & helpful. Made you feel like they were happy to see you there.
The room was very quiet & clean. The facility was very well kept. You could see the staff working cleaning/maintaining. The only thing that I seen that could have improved would be handicap accessible ramps. The only one that I seen was in the front/main entrance.
I would definitely stay there again if I would travel back to Marietta."
