"This is a high quality hotel, well located near the centre of town with sea views and directly adjacent to the luxury shopping area. Trams and trains were easily accessible and you could walk around most the city area. The only small niggle was that the staff were super friendly but not everything came off. the breakfast service was a bit patchy. lots of people around but not well organised."

Only thing last day we were there we went to get car and they asked for key to get it which they had been keeping it and just out of instinct when they asked we gave them the other key so we left with one and didn't notice until a couple days later.I personally think it was their faught for asking since they already had a key.Either way they were nice enough to mail the key at...
