"Sehr weit außerhalb gelegen, Auto zwingend erforderlich, dann aber traumhafter Blick über die Toskana. Sehr freundlicher und persönlicher Service. Sehr und erfolgreich bemüht, das Zimmer für mich als Gehbehinderten komfortabel zu machen. Toller Pool (für Behinderte/Ältere Zugang etwas problematisch). Beim Frühstück wurden alle unsere Wünsche gern erfüllt. Sehr empfehlenswert !"

"Excellent staff. They went above and beyond. Someone in our party was ill and they suggested they would call a doctor and he would come to the resort. Within an hour the Dr arrived assessed situation provided prescription so our vacation was not disrupted. Excellent. "

"Surroundings were absolutely magical! The view, the pool, the vineyard, the buildings, the tranquility. Breakfast was good and the wine bar offered some drinks and icecream which was nice during our days at the pool. We also enjoyed the tennis court. Staff was very nice and the place was very clean. The apartment itself (scoiatollo) had everything we needed but I would definitely consider repainting the sharp lime green and purple colors which didn’t really fit the style and made the building...

"Great hotel and awesome spa. The staff was super helpful. They helped with booking our taxis and tolerated our attempts at Italian. The room was clean and comfortable. "

"The hotel is a bit ways from the city of Florence, 20+ miles but close to the highway. Relatives to the hotel prices in Florence this was much less expensive since we had a rental car. Very clean place, nice size rooms and pretty good choices for breakfast included. The staff was very cordial and helpful and they do speak English good enough to convey the message. "
