"This is a great property in the beautiful Tuscan country side. We unfortunately had booked only one night stay, and since we didn't check-in until 5pm we couldn't get a chance to fully enjoy what it had to offer. Getting there wasn't easy as our GPS got confused couple of times. Apparently the old road is closed, and that was the reason. The staff was friendly and attentive, the check-in process was smooth and fast. We enjoyed nice drinks on their outdoor patio after check-in, one negative...

The exterior and interior have been tastefully renovated to the highest standard and our room was perfect. Yet the main contribution to our stay was the warmth and oustanding service that we received from the whole service team. We loved this hotel; we have travelled all around Europe and feel this is the best we have stayed in."
