This quaint hotel is on the Camino de Santiago ( Burgos is a Camino town as it is part of the Camino Frances ) . The room was clean and had a view of the cathedral. The staff were friendly and accommodating. "

"The hotel is just ok since it needs some maintenance and paint work all over. Check in staff was not welcoming at all. No interaction but to request for our passports only and give us our room key. Literally, that and picking your keys from a box in an envelope with our names on it, would've been the same. Amenities felt poor considering that it's a 4 star hotel. I have stayed at lower category hotels and had more room amenities than this one. Thus, I guess this is a good enough option if you only need a place to sleep. "
