"Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The property is beautiful and I would definitely recommend booking their wine tasting - worth it! Restaurant on property is also great and super convenient. The rooms are a bit tight if you have lots of luggage but we made it work. Bathrooms were okay. Always clean but also tight. Shower was lovely - hot water and great pressure. "

The restaurants they recommended were very good, and were all within easy walking distance (old Florence is not a place to take your car due to narrow streets and limited parking).
