"2 coffee cups provided for the stay was a bit poor"

"All in all a great stay."

"Great place"

"We were there on an off season, so it was very quite, but the accommodations were great and it was a close walk to the ocean/beach. "

"Hotel is a bit basic but comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful with transport arrangements."

"Enjoyed state, would stay again"

"The grounds are a solid 5. Restaurant was very good. The reason for 2 stars, we arrived after a long journey and checked in that evening. Went to take a shower in this very small space but no towels. Tried to call the front desk with no answer. This place is spread out so it’s quite a walk from our room/bungalow. I decided to wait until the morning. Went to go to bed pulled the bed spread back to find no sheets. Sheets are in the closet wrapped in nice plastic. You have to make your own bed....

"Great breakfast. Nice clean room with great view. Busy road. Nice and helpful staff."

"The rooms are small and smell like a pack of stray dogs resided there for a month. The shower faucet couldn’t mix hot and cold water properly, the key failed 3 times in 2 weeks, the parking, all though free, have a sensor that doesn’t allow you out,the fire alarm wakes up at 3am for no reason and they had the audacity to charge me 90$ for 2 breakfasts."

"Perfect value for the price."

"I think one of the best customer service I ever had. The Staff is super professional and friendly, from the receptionists to the domestic assistants and the bar attendants. Hotel always clean, very good breakfast. The only thing I wasn’t very happy about was the price of the parking but all the rest was perfect!!"

"Nice people, great pool, perfect breakfast"

"The room was clean and nice but quite simple with bunk beds and beds on the ground - a camping feel to it. Staff was very friendly, beach nice and restaurants great. The trailers were 1 km from the beach though (which I had missed when booking)."

"Great breakfast "

"The overall impression is very positive. All the staff in the house are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied and there is always a large selection of fresh fruit. "

"Nice stay"

"Great stay! "

"Great staff and convenient location to see everything!"

"Great location, very clean, food was delicious, staff was very nice."

The other companies have a company representative on the site, hotiday does not, Baring the actual accommodation the site images are completely misrepresented what to expect. If you are expecting a Club Del Sole experience, then you will be happy. If you are expecting a tranquil beach breakas suggested by the...
