Dirt already in the elevator, corridors reeking of cigarettes, unbearable stench in the bathroom, no door in the shower, dirty walls of the room, peeling paint on the ceiling, incomplete and flickering light, worn out mattress. Bread for the toaster at breakfast, but no toaster, non-functioning coffee machines, no tea... The only hotel of similar quality that I've ever found myself in thanks to a booking service was in...
