"Beautiful hotel but no air conditioning and no wifi in the room, front desk staff didnât care about out comfort whatsoever. Absolutely worst experience we had in several years. I would definitely not recommend this hotel or using Hotels.com, their site is not accurate and they donât seem to care either."
