"Hotel is lovely. We stayed in a suite with a balcony and it was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Very central for Parma and right next to the train station."

Main problem was that the room (apparently recently renovated) was very strange with the shower and bathroom sink in the same room as the bed. The toilet and bidet were in a separate room with three very bright lights and no means to dim them. "
