"When we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly unapproachable and dismissive, with no willingness to explain anything. She handed us the room keys and offered no information about important details like beach access or the fact that the pool and breakfast were located at a different hotel entirely. There was zero customer service, and to top it off, the welcome drink that was advertised was never provided. Honestly, given the cold reception we received, I didn’t expect much after that.
