"Staff walked into the room without knocking. They took our towels and did not leave clean ones. Also disappointed there was no ice bucket or even any cups. Was the worst I’ve seen and will never stay at a Days again."

"The shower had no shelving for soap or shampoo, was so close to the toilet you couldn’t shut the door. Rooms are not all hotel rooms. Most are motel rooms with exterior access on a poorly lit, dirty parking lot. Breakfast wasn’t staffed that we could tell as the single carafe of coffee was empty at 6:45. Powdered eggs 😬"
