"We had a wonderful experience with the staff "

"The room was very clean were you could see but I had to go behind the bed to plug in my phone and it hadn't been looked at for a long time back there. Hotel is dated but there were some upgrades to the rooms and the hotel portion. There were also things like the window didn't close all the way and the screen was ripped but neither of those hampered our stay. It does have a bar attached and between 2:30 (when bar closed) and about 3:30-4am there was a bunch of people yelling and screaming...

"Check in was great, and quick. I really appreciate the breakfast voucher and the convenience of the 2 restaurants in the building. BUT When I got to my room I noticed it was very poorly cleaned, make up was still spilt on the counter, hair in the shower and bath tub, coffee table didn’t look like it had been cleaned. I am 36 weeks pregnant and was in town for a prenatal appointment when I got to my room I was exhausted and just wanted to lay down and relax. The last thing I wanted to do was walk...

During our visit, the only protein available was boiled eggs, though this may have just been specific to that day. I’ve visited some of their locations before, and they offered a wider variety of protein choices, which made the breakfast experience even better. "

"Our room was excellent and it met everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the room was very quiet. The pool was great, and the pool area was clean, and the towels were very clean as well The restaurant basically sucked at best. It took five minutes before anyone came to the front to see us at a table. The waitress for friendly, but the food sucked and definitely overpriced for the quality in which it was served. "

"Good location but the pool and gym was closed. There was construction all around our room. Could hear everything as the soundproofing in the rooms isn’t good. You could hear when the contractor dropped a screw on the floor above us. "

"The day staff and security were amazing. They should be retraining the night staff. Especially one in particular who acts like a guest is just another nuisance off the street - I was floored by his attitude. Not to mention his blatant disregard for safety. Never again. "

"It was a great experience, spent a small amount extra to try it out . Rooms were clean and quiet which made the stay comfortable. I’ve been to hotels with water parks and they’re loud and beds are uncomfortable and ac machines were so loud I couldn’t sleep. This was different in a better way"

"Clean, but hotel is definitely starting to show its age. Hate going to get breakfast and only offered bamboo cutlery and paper plates. "

"Heating/AC system did not work. Overnight we got insanely hot. Set the temp to 16°, yet woke up and it was 27° in the room. Other than that, it was great! Amazing pool, good room. Parking was expensive for just one night."
