"My family and myself really enjoyed our 3 day stay at the hotel Microtel Inn & Suites by Windham in Amarillo. The staff was so sweet and awesome and the breakfast was delicious 😋. If you ever need a good hotel I definitely will recommend it."

"The room was totally fine. The A/C did make noise turning on and off throughout the night but we were tired so didn't pay much attention after we fell asleep. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good. Parking a bit tight, hard to find a space because was super full. We were pleasantly surprised with the room having a kitchen, living room, and desk set up. Super great and we stayed there again on our way back home."

"This hotel is used to house welfare and disadvantage recipients. It is NOT a hotel for travelers. The room had chipped paint, items in the room from a previous visitor, and bugs in the bathroom. Notwithstanding the fact that a fire broke out from a room in the back of the hotel. This hotel either needs a complete gut renovation in order for travelers to stay, or it needs to be taken off of Expedia as a feasible hotel."

"AC was incredible in our room. The soap and shampoo was great! The website said there was sofa bed, however, they do not have sofa beds at this property. We got a roll away bed instead. Not good! The elevator and hallways were hot and not the cleanest. The foyer and desk area were great and looked just like the pictures. Beyond that it is a different story. I would not stay at this hotel again. "
