"We stayed there for 5 days and never did they come to clean our room or supply clean towels!!! I went to the front desk to get coffee for our machine in the room, they said they were out of coffee?! What? We had a huge pile of trash with NO trash bags! We felt neglected big time!!! We will never stay there again."

"I thought this was going to be the bottom of the barrel, but it was not. So you can absolutely find worse but... this place wasn't good. I'm conflicted... it was the not good I'd probably stay at again for the price, but it was the not good I'd probably try to find something else, also. The room felt very small, and the lights were all recessed built-in fluorescent lights. I do not understand how the hospitality business does not understand lighting. Using lights that make people inherently uncomfortable gives you a bad score imo. Imagine... soft lights that don't shine in your eyes. I believe it is acheivable!"
