"The beds were very comfortable, the keys had some issues, having to reprogram them at least 3 times there, if they get too close to anything metal, phones ect they turn off, food could be better as with all hotels, it was for the most part quiet, the walls are a little thin. But overall a good stay "

"I did not have a phone in my room. I reposted to checkout desk. I didnt want them to think i stole it. The vanity lights didnt work. Had to put makeup on in dim hallway light shadow. No shower exhaust for steam. No make-up remover packets. Short on care for room. "

"We did not stay after seeing condition of the room, pubic hair left on the toilet seat, floor not clean and mopped , furniture run down and staff not willing to accommodate. In fact she was smoking weed outside in a car and not behind the desk. Very dissatisfied. "

"The hotel is high price for the quality of the stay. The hotel is run down. The outside door wouldn’t work after having to park around back and had to go all the way around the hotel."

"My tv remote didn’t work, I found an odd black thing on my floor under my bed looked it up it was a camera I immediately threw it away!"

"I didn't see a hot tub. The bathroom had mold around the tub. The outside door lock didn't work to go from the inside to the outside. The breakfast was not up to par."

"Hotel was surprisingly nice. Room was decent and clean. There were no events occurring during my stay but all rooms overlook a convention area so it may be loud other times."

"attempted to check in early but no rooms were ready. I checked in after 3pm, when I was in my room putting stuff up a staff member attempted to come into my room with their key card. He said he was supervisor doing room check. I don’t care who you are you should be coming into someone’s room after they checked in to see if it’s clean. It freaked me out. Unacceptable! "
