"Nobody was about… it was deserted, no staff, no amenities and no care for the guests for the entire two-day stay! It was unbelievable - they only told us when we checked in on Sunday afternoon that there was no restaurant until a Thursday, through to Saturday; the receptionist then said she was going home at 5pm but had left ‘supplies’ in a tiny fridge downstairs - a cool box was supposed to have ice but it was just a bag of warm water… the fridge had soft drinks & 1/3 bottle of red wine and 1/2...

Faltaba algo de sentido común con indicaciones...en el balneario no te decían nada si no preguntabas, como q había hidromasaje, vaporizador, etc"
